Do you remember a very smoky and hazy day in early November when fires were raging across the state? We had arranged to spend that Saturday morning with our friends Janet and Jon at one of their favourite spots in Manly. With the unusual conditions that day, it didn’t look like we expected, but despite this, there were some interesting results. We really enjoyed our time with these two and hope you enjoy the lovely moments captured : )

Our friends Jack and Karman expressed interest in an Autumn photo shoot (Jack’s favourite season) so with winter fast approaching, we went searching for some tress that were still in leaf. We were in luck – there were some gorgeous reds, oranges and yellows to be found, and the leaves that had already fallen to the ground created a beautiful carpet under foot.

There was no special occasion for this shoot – it was just for fun – but nonetheless we loved capturing some great moments for our friends – happy, laughing, playful. Here are some of the shots from the afternoon, straight out of the camera
